It is very important to get rid of bacteria on the skin as this can cause spots by blocking the pores.

Ketsugo AntiBac Wash:
Cleanse the skin with Ketsugo AntiBac Wash containing antibacterial agents to remove bacteria.
OR as an alternative use an antiseptic soap or wash, such as Australian Bodycare Tea Tree Oil Facial Wash, Body Wash or Antiseptic Skin Wash.
Wash gently to avoid stimulating the glands into producing more oil.
Pat area dry.
If the skin has spots or acne you can then treat these with 100% Tea Tree Oil, a natural antiseptic and antibacterial product. This will increase the effectiveness of the Ketsugo treatment. Use a cotton wool bud with 100% Tea Tree Oil to dab onto any breakouts. There is also On-The-Spot-Stick with Tea Tree Oil and Green Tea that helps dry and heal individual spots.

Ketsugo Spray Formula:
Spray Ketsugo onto clean oily areas of skin.
Hold the spray 15-20cm from the skin and use 4-7 puffs spread evenly over the oily areas.
Leave Ketsugo to dry for 90 seconds. Do not massage or rub in as this will stimulate the oil glands.
Avoid spraying into eyes.

Ketsugo Gel Formula :
Gently apply a thin layer of gel, on a cotton wool ball or with very clean finger tips, to oily areas.
Leave to dry naturally for 90 seconds.
Do not massage, rub in or wipe off as this will stimulate the oil glands.
Avoid contact with eyes.

OilControl Lotion:
After Ketsugo has dried you can use Ketsugo OilControl Lotion on your skin. This is a light, non pore clogging moisturiser and you only need a small amount as a little goes a long way. Avoid rubbing in too much as you don't want to stimulate or activate the oil glands in the skin.

You can apply your favourite makeup afterwards.

Repeat the treatment twice daily morning and evening for 4-6 weeks until normal skin balance is achieved. You don't need to apply the OilControl moisturiser in the evening if you don't want to.
Results can often be seen after a couple of weeks.

Once normal skin balance has been achieved if you want to maintain your new skin condition it is recommended you use Ketsugo once a day or once/twice a week depending on the condition of your skin.

Men should shave before using Ketsugo but avoid applying aftershave lotion during treatment. Ketsugo has a cooling and soothing effect on the skin.
