Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier: Just browse our Product Catalogues, click on any items that you wish to buy which will then go automatically into your on-screen shopping cart.
When ready click on Check Out and you will be transferred to a secure online order form. Please fill in all the details correctly as these will become your re-order details when you next return to our site. A password is required for when you want to re-order. You will only have to enter your details once and you then obtain an account which will automatically be loaded when you click Login on the top menu.
If there are any problems with your details you will receive a notification via email.

We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Delta, and Maestro. We do not accept Amex or Electron Visa cards.

Shipping and Handling:
With each order a delivery charge will be calculated depending on the weight of the products.
Overseas orders will have a higher delivery charge than quoted automatically, which we will specify upon receipt of your order. Handling charges will be applicable for all returned goods - see the Warranty section for further information.

Delivery Schedule:
We will normally send your order to you within 10 working days, providing the product you've requested is in stock. In the event of the product being out of stock our aim is to have your order to you in 28 days. You will always be notified when an order is not in stock and given the chance to cancel your order, take a similar product that is in stock or confirm a pre-order from our next delivery.

Tax Charges:
All product prices include VAT of 17.5% for orders made from the UK or the European Union. Orders made from any other country outside the EU we can normally zero rate but please email us for more information at sales@lamacraft.co.uk

Credit Card Security:
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Warranty and Returns:
Here at Ken Lamacraft Marketing we offer a standard returns policy. If a product is unsatisfactory please return if together with the receipt within 14 days and we will refund the cost.
